Exercise; 45 minutes walk with the family.
Due to the amount of water that I'm drinking and the lack of carbs, I'm not surprised at the loss, but it feels so good to actually lose weight instead of gaining it! :)
I feel pretty tired today, I've got the typical headache from the sugar withdrawal and it doesn't feel very nice, but I know it will pass. I purposely didn't plan anything major for the weekend as I knew I would have much energy and I would be a bit of a grump.
My egg whites have been delivered which will make life easier when I'm thinking of things to eat. At the moment it is just meat, meat and a bit of dairy, but all very basic. I need some recipes.
