Exercise; none. I was whacked!
At the moment I am not a good advert for low carb eating!! I am very bloated (not sure why, but it could have something to do with my monthly cycle which is unpredicable as I have a coil fitted). If that isn't the reason, I'm not sure all of the dairy is going to agree with me, but I'll see how it goes.
I've been thinking all day about meals that I can take into work, and I found a good site that should help me be a bit more creative;
