Daily update; Day 5 Tuesday 10th January
Weight; 14st 2lb Still no loss! grrrr
Exercise; approx 45 minutes on the Wii fit and dance.
Attack Phase
To be honest I'm not surprised at the scales today, I still feel a bit bloated, but it is a bit disappointing. But I've cut out my treat of diet lemonade and I have drank more water instead. Food has been enjoyable again and I had a lovely greek yogurt mixed with protein powder (strawberry flavour) and an egg white pancake. It was scrummy!
I beat my daughter on the Wii dance game which was totally worth the aching arms :)
