Exercise; Hoovering a 3 bed house.
At last the bloat has gone and the exercise and lack of fizzy drink paid off. I feel so much better today in general, I don't feel hungry and I have energy. I have already hoovered the whole house and cleaned each room, if I get time tonight I will go on the wii fit again.
For my main meal this evening I had veg, but I totally forgot that I was supposed to be moving onto the Cruise Phase before then, so it was just a couple of mushrooms and red onions with my salmon and tuna protein. I will do better in 2 days time :) I'm already planning what veggies I can have with my meals.
